This special couple was introduced to me through our au pair agency when they were exploring their options for care after their sons were born. They were initially planning for a vaginal delivery of their twins but Baby A was staunchly breech the whole time and Baby B wanted to stay transverse. So while their birth didn’t go quite to plan, they still had an amazing and empowered gentle cesarean with delayed cord clamping, skin to skin in the OR and a wonderful staff who respected their wishes for their unique and extraordinary birth experience.
